1. Service Description

Surgepulse Prismo (Early Stocks Surge Detection) is a software tool that uses machine learning to identify stocks with potential for price surges. The service provides alerts, scoring, and predictions based on historical data analysis.

2. Not Financial Advice

Surgepulse Prismo does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

All information, alerts, predictions, and scores provided by Surgepulse Prismo are for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You must verify your email address before accessing the dashboard. Unverified accounts are restricted to public pages
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing page — access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription is marked canceled and dashboard access is removed. Invoice history is available in the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Promo codes: A valid promo code may grant instant plan access without payment for a defined period (e.g. 30 days). Promo codes have a maximum number of uses and may expire. When a promo period ends, dashboard access is removed unless you start a paid subscription. We reserve the right to revoke promo codes used in bad faith.

5. Limitation of Liability

Surgepulse Prismo and its operators are not liable for any financial losses resulting from trading decisions made based on our alerts, predictions, or scores. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of predictions.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Redistributing or reselling Surgepulse Prismo alerts or data
  • Automated scraping or extraction of data from the platform
  • Using the service for market manipulation or illegal activities
  • Circumventing plan limits or access controls

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
